I’m Debra Roberts, LCSW, a conversation expert.

I have worked with hundreds of challenging clients and organizations as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an EMDR Certified trauma consultant and a business consultant.
 
Through my extensive and diverse work, a constant thread was woven throughout, that communication shapes relationships.
 
Over time, I developed my practical and proprietary communication model, The Relationship Protocol®.
